DURRENCE LAYNE CHEVROLET LATE MODEL SPORTSMAN DIVISION WEEK 14 PREVIEW

ADAIRSVILLE, GA – Week 14 of the 2019 Durrence Layne Weekly Racing Series season will see six Durrence Layne Chevrolet Late Model Sportsman Division races. At the halfway point of the season, the drivers at the top of the National point standings still have several weeks to earn full points after several rainouts in the first 13 weeks of the season.

Drivers racing in Durrence Layne Weekly Racing events compete for both a Track point fund and a National point fund. Drivers compete against drivers racing at Durrence Layne Racing sanctioned tracks across the country using a National points system over a 27-week season that concludes on September 29.

A driver’s best 14 weekly point totals count as their season total. The top ten drivers in the Durrence Layne Chevrolet Late Model Sportsman Division National point standings will earn a seat at the Durrence Layne Racing Annual Awards Banquet to receive a point fund check and a trophy.

Durrence Layne Chevrolet Late Model Sportsman Division Week 14 races will all be held on Saturday night. Tracks hosting events will be Camden Speedway in Camden, TN, Jackson Motor Speedway in Jackson, MS, Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, MS, North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia, AL, Southern Raceway in Milton, FL, and Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL.
